Accounts

You are responsible for accurate registration information, account security, and activity performed through your credentials. Do not share access in a way that bypasses plan or role controls.

Authorized content

You must have the rights and permissions required to upload, analyze, transform, store, and publish the artwork or other content you submit.

Generated outputs

AI-generated text and images can contain mistakes or unsuitable details. You are responsible for reviewing product facts, intellectual-property rights, marketplace rules, disclosures, and legal compliance before use.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to process unlawful content, infringe rights, introduce malicious material, access another account, bypass safeguards, disrupt infrastructure, or misrepresent generated claims as verified facts.

Service changes and availability

Features, limits, models, and integrations may change. Generation and storage services can experience delays or interruptions, and outputs are not guaranteed to meet every marketplace or creative requirement.

Support

Authenticated users can submit product and account questions through the integrated support desk. Response timing depends on the active support arrangement.

Updates

Material changes to final terms should be dated and communicated. Continued use after an effective update may be governed by the approved customer agreement.
