Privacy overview

How information moves through the BCYFlow service.

Last updated: August 5, 2026

This page is a product-facing privacy overview and should be reviewed against the deployed infrastructure, contracts, retention rules, and applicable law before being treated as final legal advice.

Information you provide

Account registration may include your name, email address, phone number, authentication data, and workspace preferences. Support requests contain the information you choose to submit.

Artwork and generated content

The service processes artwork you upload and may store analysis, prompts, listing content, mockup images, social assets, and technical production metadata needed to provide the workflow.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate accounts, run requested generation tasks, store workspace records, provide support, maintain service reliability, and protect the platform against misuse.

Service providers

Infrastructure, storage, email, analytics, and AI service providers may process limited information when required to operate configured features. The exact provider list and data-processing terms should match the production configuration.

Your responsibilities and choices

Upload only content you are authorized to process. Do not submit sensitive personal information inside artwork or prompts unless the service is explicitly configured and contractually approved for that use.

Retention and requests

Retention periods and deletion procedures must follow the active production policy and legal requirements. Authenticated customers should use the support desk for account or data requests.

Changes

This overview may change when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. Material updates should be dated and communicated through an appropriate channel.
